Hand lay-up moulding: Fiberglass chopped strand mat is used to manufacture FRP products, such as car roof interior, sanitary ware, chemical anti-corrosion pipes, storage tanks, building materials, etc.
Pultrusion moulding: Fiberglass chopped strand mat is used to manufacture FRP products with high strength.
RTM: Used for manufacturing closed moulding FRP products.
Wrap-around process:Fiberglass chopped strand mat is used for manufacturing resin-rich layers of fiberglass chopped strand mat, such as inner lining layer and outer surface layer.
Centrifugal casting moulding: for the manufacture of FRP products with high strength.
Construction field: Fiberglass chopped strand mat used for wall insulation, fireproof and heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, etc.
Automotive manufacturing:Fiberglass chopped strand mat used to manufacture automotive interiors, such as seats, instrument panels, door panels and other components.
Aerospace field:Fiberglass chopped strand mat used in the manufacture of aircraft, rockets and other aircraft thermal insulation materials.

Fiberglass chopped strand mat is a non-woven reinforced material. It is manufactured by spreading continuous filament roving of 50mm in length, distributed it at random uniformly held together with powder or emulsion binder.
PVC bag or shrink packaging as the inner packing then into cartons or pallets, packing in cartons or in pallets or as request, conventional packing one roll/carton, 35Kg/roll, 12 or 16 rolls per pallet, 10 tons in a 20ft, 20 tons in a 40ft.
Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture proof area. Best used within 12 months after production date. They should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use. The products are suitable for delivery by the way of ship, train, or truck.
