E-glass fiber yarn twist is the electrical insulating materials, electronic industrial fabrics and other fabrics for industrial use of raw materials, applicable to weave wire and cable coating, casing, mines fuse, all kinds of electrical insulating materials of electrical appliances. The main performance is the original thread density stability, wear resistance, and less hair wire, high tensile strength, electrical insulation, corrosion-resistant, high temperature resistance, good chemical corrosion. Sizing line using starch-based coupling agent infiltrating agents and the use of full-enhanced sizing.
Fiberglass yarns consist of a defined number of E-Glass filaments of a certain nominal diameter, brought together to form a yarn. The structure of the yarn is fixed and protected by a size and a slight twist, generally in Z-direction.
