"Polyester" is a class of polymer compounds containing ester bonds that are distinguished from resins such as phenolic and epoxy resins. This polymer compound is generated by the polycondensation reaction between dibasic acid and dibasic alcohol, and when this polymer compound contains an unsaturated double bond, it is called unsaturated polyester, and this unsaturated polyester is dissolved in a monomer that has the ability to be polymerised (generally styrene).

3. Unique thermal properties, unsaturated polyester resin thermal conductivity of 0.3-0.4Kcal/mh ℃, only 1/100-1/1000 of metal, is an excellent thermal insulation material.

Excellent processing performance, unsaturated polyester resin processing performance is excellent, simple process, can be formed in one go, both normal temperature and pressure forming, but also can be heated and pressurised curing, and no low molecular by-products in the curing process, can be manufactured more homogeneous products.
5. Excellent electrical properties, unsaturated polyester resin has excellent insulating properties, and can still maintain good dielectric properties at high frequencies. It does not reflect radio waves, not subject to the role of electromagnetism, microwave permeability is good, is the ideal material for manufacturing radomes. It is the ideal material for making radomes. Using it to make insulating parts in instruments, motors and electrical products can improve the service life and reliability of electrical appliances.
