Alkali resistant fiberglass chopped strand is specially designed for GRC(glassfiber reinfoced concrete) with good dispersion in premixing processes(day powder mixture or wet mixture) for subsequent molding into a GRC component.
16.5% zironia content makes these fibers the highest zirconia content available on the market. Zirconia is what makes the glass fiber alkali resistant. the higher the zirconia content the better the resistance to alkali attack. these AR fiberglass chopped strands also have excellent acid resistance.
